Life in May: Ahoj from Prague

We’re currently in the middle of May, which means that we are super close to Summer. Sadly the weather in Prague is not that friendly as we’re currently having rainy days for weeks and weeks. We only had around 2 or 3 days of intense sun and over 25 degrees and of course, I took the opportunity to get my bike out and explore the northern side of Prague. I also can’t believe that it’s been exactly 8 months since I moved to Czechia. Life changed a lot, I changed a lot and I’m sure that the future will bring lots and lots of new changes with it.

I’m excited to see what the future will bring but as of now, I can say that I am happy. I love my life here even though I miss friends that are currently scattered all over the world. Covid stole the opportunity for me to travel as much as I used to do in the past but as soon as the vaccine will be available, I am definitely grabbing the first plane ticket and go for a well-deserved summer vacay in Cyprus. I know I haven’t been pretty much active on my blog lately but I promise I’ll get back to it with more content and stories.

As of now, I am focused to get my A2 diploma in German, das ist nicht einfach aber Ich liebe Deutsch and I will need to tame it since I want to move back to Vienna one day. I also got the chance to paint my first ever Easter eggs, of course, with natural red onion leaves.

Prague is also coming alive with colorful trees everywhere you go. This city has a specific charm about it and you literally never get tired of exploring it.

I guess this was my short update. Pinky promise that I’ll be back sooner this time! 🙂

Growing up in a small city, I never thought I would get the chance to travel the world, yet dreams can always come true. You just need to be dedicated, passionate, and always eager to try new things and never step away from being yourself.
