Healthy Pancakes made easy

Whenever you want to change your lifestyle or you just want to replace that nasty delicious nutella, you can do it in a healthy way by being creative in the kitchen. You don’t need to be a master chef. Today I’m writing about this cool pancakes recipe that I discovered recently. It’s easy to make and the best part is that it’s super duper healthy and delicious at the same time.


  • 1 cup of oats flour
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla optional
  • crushed nuts optional
  • 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup of normal milk or Almond Milk
  • 1.5 bananas

How to make it

In a spacious mixer, add the oats flour together with the bananas that were cut in small pieces, a pinch of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 2 eggs and the milk. Mix it really good. After that you can add the crushed nuts and you are ready to make the first pancake.

You can serve it with 2 maple syrup tablespoons on top, honey or any kind of natural sweetener that makes it even more healthier.
