Erasmus Diary 06: Trip to Sali

Croatia is full of amazing and breathtaking places. I never though this country can be so rich in nature landscapes but damn, mother nature truly blessed them. This weekend we went on a long trip to Sali, a huge island located 50 minutes away from Zadar by ferry. Our trip mostly focused on discovering natural landscapes and we walked approximately 27 km (not joking). It wasn’t easy but it was damn worth it. We’ve seen an amazing lake, incredible cliffs, dalmatian donkeys (they’re so cute but noisy), wild crazy cats (we almost got attacked by one) and a beautiful and quiet island. It was for sure one of my favorite trips I’ve made so far in Croatia and I would totally recommend it to everyone.
